50,000 participants expected for online property conference

The Third Annual National Real Estate On-Line Convention and Exposition www.REcyber.com/preconvention/ will attract world’s the largest gathering of real estate professionals to ever convene - exceeding last year’s event by over 15,000 attendees.

According to the organisers, at the present rate of registration the event is expected to attract in excess of 50,000 attendees over the seven-day event on April 18 to 24.

The Society said that already over 31,000 real estate professionals from 34 countries have already pre-registered for this unique convention. There is no charge to attend and the event is open to the real estate community worldwide.

Society executive director, John M. Peckham III said the On-line Convention brings real estate professionals all of the excitement and features of an 'old-time' convention.

Attendees will learn from 32 top-notch nationally recognized speakers, see the latest products and services at the 300+ booths, make contacts at the Convention's Virtual Networking Center and be able to enjoy some fun and relaxation in the Convention On-line Social Center. Visitors to the Expo may be surprised to find fishbowls on the booth table tops, an Expo Food Court and even Men's and Woman's rest rooms with working "plumbing'!"

According to Peckham more than 300 booths have already been committed for the products and services Exposition. The Booths will be open 24 hours a day during the event. Every exhibitor will award a valuable door prize from their booths.

Peckham explained that more than $20,000 in prizes were given away last year with an even greater array expected this year. All of the door prizes will be indexed at the Expo so visitors can be at any drawing they choose with one click.

In addition to the 29 top rated speakers on the program, three live Keynote addresses have also been announced. Keynoters best selling author Barbara Corcoran, real estate futurist Stefan Swanepoel plus Peckham who will deliver the Commercial Keynote "On The Internet Nobody Knows You're Dog!"
